As part of the collaboration between the ACE and LECO company, we are glad to announce three scholarships (LECO Stipendium) for MSc and PhD students as well as early career scientists (up to 5 years after the PhD defense) to participate at EMEC.
The (LECO Stipendium) scholarship covers the conference fee as well as travel/accommodation costs of up to 500 €.
Candidates should send an application to the Scholarship Officer, Dr. Nuno Ratola (nrneto<at>fe.up.pt) until 1st of September 2025.
The application has to include:
• Abstract submitted to the conference
• Curriculum Vitae
• Current certificate of enrolment
• Letter of recommendation from a supervisor
The selection of up to three candidates will be based on past academic achievements (scientific publications, participation in funded projects, etc.), the relevance of the proposed abstract and national quotas.
We accept sponsorships from individual organisations, institutions and/or companies. Sponsoring the conference includes advertising the organisation before and during the conference dates to leading professionals from the worldwide academic, professional, and non-profit sectors who work in the field of environmental chemistry.
